We are currently paying for ScamShield Premium but it did not work as advertised, which is why we signed up for T-Mobile… We are currently debating canceling our service because of the continuous, persistent, Spam and Scam calls and texts.
What we want is a VERY simple setting:
- Unless the incoming call or text is on our Contact List, we do not want to know it ever existed. Y punto.
It never reaches our phone, or our account, never calls us, texts us, notifies us, or is logged anywhere. It is tossed into the abyss.
From there you could have additional settings that the user can add (multiple calls within X seconds from these area codes are OK, etc.). But you can start with the above, which is very simply: Block Everything, Period.
Please add this as a feature ASAP.
