tmobile sucls

This company has to be one of the worst on the planet I'd rather use cricket than this unreliable pile of garbage. I was told my line was cancelled they even had the nerve to put a heart on the message telling me I wouldn't be billed anymore and that the line was gone just for me to be charged again and the line STILL there and when I contacted the incompetent workers about it they said I still have to be charged because there's usage. OF COURSE THERES USAGE. I left the phone wherever and forgot it there's background apps using data you're a phone company how are you this useless?? I'm not paying and if it becomes an issue you will hear from my lawyer
