Deleting extra network on TMobile Home Internet
Any tips on deleting or changing settings on extra networks. I needed to add one to accommodate an older printer, but it took three tries to config it right, I would like to delete the two other extras. The corollary question is how do you change configurations of networks already in place (sigh). Gracias
TMO-G4SE Cannot go to websites from PC Browsers
Hi new customer here. Called customer support and they were not helpful at all. Have a TMO_G4SE gateway running FW 1.03.20 and I can connect to the internet but on my company PC (have to connect through VPN) all internet pages basically don't work giving either an err_ssl_protocol_error or err_connection_timeout problem. When I go back to my old internet (still active) I have no issues connecting to anything so I don't think its a problem on my computer or VPN side. I tried to flush my DNS and still no dice. Does anyone have any advice or work arounds to fix this? Basically will be unusable if I can't use this for my remote work. ¡Gracias!
Can't add contacts to syncup watch in t-life app.
I try to add an existing contact my the t-life app for my son's sync up watch. Steps 1. From the t-life app > connect > people > settings in top right > watch contacts select a contact. 2. Select the checkbox next to the child the contact should be added to. In my case this is our second watch so a contact is already assigned and I'm trying to assign this contact to the 2nd watch. 3. Enter a name. 4. Select Save Actual Behavior 1. Error is returned "Something went wrong. Please try again. I've only been able to add myself and one more contact. Hoping someone knows how to resolve this issue.
Unlock iPhone
I purchased an iPhone 12 on December 19, 2020, and paid in full for the device 2022.While the other phone I purchased at the same time was unlocked without issue, the iPhone 12 has not been unlocked despite meeting the criteria provided by T-Mobile. I was informed that in order for the iPhone 12 to be unlocked, it needed to be activated on a T-Mobile line for 45 days. I added the phone to my T-Mobile line on July 21, 2024, and was assured that once activated, the unlocking process would proceed. However, when I contactedsupport, I was told that the iPhone had not been activated until December 2024, which is inaccurate.The iPhone was added to the line which completed the activation process. This issue shouldhave been resolved by now. As of December 28, 2024, the phone remains locked TMobile.This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially given that the device was fully paid for over two years ago. I've contacted customer support multiple times without a satisfactory resolution, and the continued lack of follow-through is disappointing. I am requesting that T-Mobile take immediate action to unlock my iPhone 12 as originally promised. I should not bear the repercussions because the initial activation process was mishandled and not properly reviewed by your team. Contact me when the phone is unlocked or pay me to do so.
