T-Mobile Hold music is Horrible
Everytime I call of course there will be periods of time where I am put on hold. The music played is the most awful imaginable. Makes me want to hang up.

I'm pretty sure I was connected to the Philippians and I don't think the lady really could understand me, I sure had a hard time understanding her, I got a lot of yes Mr. Scott, but no resolution of my issue. We are truly on our own.
I corrected them on this today It's either Edward or if you want to use the Mr. then follow it with my last name. I'm not a horse! 😂
