T-Mobile payments: Unable to process the request due to technical issues at server side processing
T-Mobile payments is reporting the following error: Unable to process the request due to technical issues at server side processing

With the error showing at the top of the "Make a payment" page, then "Continue" button is disabled and can't be clicked to make a payment even when all the payment details have been entered.

The "Make a payment" page was showing that there was a $60 "Renewal Amount". After refreshing the page, it shows $0 "Renewal Amount".

However, I still can't use text messages or make calls as I get an error saying that the T-Mobile prepaid balance is too low.

I've been waiting for a response in T-Mobile chat since 8:10 am. It is now 8:27 am.

On Nov 12 (yesterday) I got a notice that "Autopay was successful", so I don't understand why services are disconnected now.

Checking online, I don't see any reports of outages with T-Mobile services. It is now 8:40 am. I've now been waiting for 30 minutes for a response in T-Mobile Chat.
