Pixels with more than 128gb at TMobile

Anyone know if Tmobile will get Pixel 8's greater than !28gb storage?  I find it very disappointing they don't have them now.  A search of this forum also suggests this has been an issue with older Pixel's at Tmobile.  Does anyone know if Tmobile has ever had pixels phones with more than 128gb storage.  The 128gb storage is a deal breaker for me.  Yes, I could go elsewhere but then I don't get the $830 trade in value my current phone has (only about half).

  • They did have them initially but after that they only had base. This has been the norm from my understanding. Honestly it's better to get it from Google than it is from T-Mobile. They even have a payment plan through Google too.

  • usually the larger memory devices are sold by the OEMs….sometimes a carrier might splurge a bit and bring some in but the usual market are for the normal memory type devices..anything additional you’ll need to hit up the OEM or a 3rd party seller to see what deals they have.

you did lose me a bit there though..

I don't know what was unclear about my message.  Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 pro is Googles flagship phone, like IPhone, or Samsung Galaxy S series.  Google Pixel just had its best sales years ever.  Here on tmobile.com   Iphones have up to 1gb fo storage.  Tmobile has Galaxy S23 ultra's up to 512gb.  Razr phones have 256 gb.   Some of the motorola phones here have 256gb of storage.

Both verizon.com and att.com have the new  pixel 8 pro in 256gb.

Yes, is  disappointing for Tmobile not to carry one of the most waited on phones of the year for many fans with just the lowest storage amount.  I am asking if Tmobile has had earlier pixel phones with more than 128gb of storage because may give some hope that they just don't have them at launch but will be getting them soon.

Certainly apple and samsung fans would also be disappointed if tmobile only carried the variants with the lowest amount of storage.

Initially?  I have been checking every day since the pre-sale started.  I don't know why it would be any better getting it from google directly.  Tmobile would give me $830 trade for my current phone and free pixel 2 watch.  Google's trade in offer is $380.

if Google had the purchase numbers that Samsung and Apple pull in that probably wouldnt be much of an issue..

  • T-MOBILE do you read any of these?? There is Demand for a 256gb version of Pixel 8 & 8 Pro. This is also a deal breaker for me & this storage will start to become the "Norm" for most people in the coming years based on more apps that use up space.

You are most definitely losing customers to Verizon, At&t etc.... because you refuse to carry these phones & you don't offer anywhere near the trade in deals others have.

Please give me 1 reason to stay with you when I can get the 256gb phones for free at Verizon & pay the same amount per month?

If you're worried about theft put them online because it seems most employees are not helpful in your stores anyway. Not a smart business move. Probably wasting my time putting this up.
