Could unlocked T-Mobile V60 activate VoLTE/Wifi Calling?

Hi  I have an unlocked T-Mobile LG V60 thinQ(LM-V600TM), and now I am using it in Taiwan. But I cannot see the VoLTE option(toggle) and turn on the WiFi calling. Any way to solve this? To help me ...

I also have an unlocked T-Mobile LG V60 thinQ(LM-V600TM) and I use a Vodafone SIM that for sure support VoLTE (as I experienced with my previous LG V50 ThinQ), BUT now with V60 no VoLTE at all!
Any suggestions???
