Don't receive automated account verification text messages.
For any site I visit (desktop or mobile version) that has a 2-step authentication and sends out a text message with an access code, I don't receive that message on my phone. I do receive texts fr...

I've had trouble with this too in the past. This is something that can be fixed by our Care team. Si Community-2153, we can have a specialist check your account and make sure these message aren't being blocked. The last step is filing a Trouble Ticket to have our engineers take a look at your connection on the back end and help fix anything that's stopping them from coming through.

It is different on each phone. These are the instructions for the Galaxy S7 Edge. However, you might want to consider just calling customer care at 611 to verify whether it is set correctly.
