Hello I have been using the cell spot for almost 4 years now but the past couple of months It seems that I cant receive or make calls using it but data works great through it. Yet if I'm out at work ...
Interesting. Best thing to do is reach out to T-Mobile support on Facebook Messenger. They know how to resolve these problems.
