Cyberstalking

I was a target of gang stalking (Arab-Iranian gang) and I believe that they had someone who worked at T-mobile who might have access to my account and would eavesdrop into my communications and all my customer care calls would end up on the desk of an Iranian guy. I was wondering how does tmobile protect you from insiders releasing information about you, and engaging in sim cloning, etc since they can authorize it from the back end without me even knowing or they're probably allowed to do it for  "work" reasons. That's one of the reasons why I was forced to switch even though I really enjoyed T-Mobile
