Face ID
I just upgraded my iPhone 11 to the iPhone 13 Pro. I used face id previously to log on to the T mobile website. I set up face id on the new phone and it is working EXCEPT on the T mobile site.I tried disabling it for the site and then turning it on several times. Any suggestions?
Apple tech helped me solve the problem. They had me delete the TMobile app and reinstall it. Worked like a charm.
