Iphone with multipe lines

I am planning on replacing my Iphone 12 Pro Max with a new Iphone 16 Pro Max.  Once again I will service 2 phone lines on the one phone.  I currently also connect my Iwatch Ultra to one of the lines.  My question is can I also link another Iwatch to the other line simultaneously?  Any thoughts or issues?
