pay off the outstanding balance on device.
Hello! Long story short, my Brother bought a couple lines and devices from T-Mobile. I took one of 'em and pay the bills to him until he refuse to pay the bills and get me retricted… Is there any chance to me to pay off the outstanding Balance without my Brother and get it unlocked? (I'm overseas now) Tank You!
unfortunately no..if he is the primary account holder then anything happening to any devices under him must be handled by him. are there any promos attached to the phone? buy one get one free type of deal or anything?

There wasn't any promotion. Also Yesterday he Can't log in his Account at T-mobile… I think I have to forget this handset! Ty
