Can’t see equipment installment plan

I go to view my bill and i see both my phone line bill and device bill . when i go to click to view my device bill by itself it says i don’t have any device/equipment loan active even though i'm paying for the device every month . i just want to see my device bill so i can possibly make separate payments .
