i want to formally dispute $805.05 November bill
Hello I want to dispute the $805.05 billing i received for the month of November. Can someone tell me what are the procedures to formally dispute the large November monthly bill. My name is Ezana Aimero (304412****) with a family plan of 3 lines. (Account number *********) i have been with T mobile/sprint for the last 15 years. Now i have been asked to pay 805.08 cents for international calls that i didn't use. I call Tmobile and Notified October 4th, November 9, November 13, and November 18th and both times i spent more than 3 hours and i spoke with supervisor and Manager and both people promised me to resolve the issue and get back to me with in 24hrs However no resolution provided. After 15 years with Tmobile, i really got frustrated. I am very sad and It received really poor customer service. Now i don't have no option so i requested T-mobile to terminate and transfer/port my number to a new cell phone carrierEzana_AimeroHace 5 díasNetwork Novice64Visto0likes1Comentario- SolarisGuyHace 15 díasNetwork Novice69Visto0likes1Comentario

High billing for one phone line with Go5g plus.
I've known that plan priceshave been going up and if T mobile did care about there customers they should be able to cut there cost to customers. Especially to have good service. Go5g plus for One line $90. It should be at least $70 or $75 for those plans.AgentIpmanHace 17 díasNetwork Novice15Visto0likes0Comentarioswhere is the team of experts??? how do i talk with someone who can actually address an issue instead of just saying they are busy?
This is the first time i have had to call in almost a year and i am discouraged by the service. I have been with T-Mobile for over 20years and never had such a negative experience in all that time. And evidently there is no one else to speak with. looking for another phone service today!!!patricia_nobleHace 19 díasNetwork Novice32Visto0likes0Comentariosso disappointed!!
I live in Florida, I went through 2 hurricanes in a month. I lost alot, was displaced for a few days, but I was luckier then most. My roommate submitted a fema application first so I was on my own, fema only allows 1 application per household. I am on SSI, I get little money, but i always pay my bills. I contacted Tmobile about a payment plan, I told them what I was going thru. I asked how I go about doing it. I was told I will be off my autopay, so thats another 10 extra dollars next month, I will also be penalized a late fee. Look, I want nothing for free, but man you see I live in florida, you see my address, could I at least not be so penalized for being hit twice in a month by a hurricane. Shame on you Tmobile.Ritamiller08087Hace 19 díasNetwork Novice11Visto0likes0ComentariosFacturación
I have been with t-mobile for almost 2 years now and I pay every single month. But Some how I get charged all these extra stuff and hidden fees they dont tell you about. Not only do I have to fight every single month since they always want to turn me off on the 4th when I have told them I dont get paid till the 15th and have begged them. Not only do I have to deal with this I have been threatened by a agent which had me balling my eye's out. and called some very rude names. Calling me responsible when I pay every month and not to Mention if you send back a product they charge you for a "damaged item thats happen to me twice now. I have been told not to call back because according to a agents words "this is how we do things dont like it dont call back" I am on hold with costumer care serve to talk about my bill for a total of an hour and a half now. I pay every single month there should be no reason why I have a 600 dollar bill when all I have is 2 phones and a internet. All I can say is i feel so abused cause i have to take it since the only Service that works where i live is t mobile I need to know why this is allowed why are you guys allowed to abuse me and basically steal from me and dont ask to speak to a manger cause they wont get you one.T_StewartHace 19 díasNetwork Novice22Visto0likes0ComentariosTaxes & fees are up from 10% to 20% for no reason
I have a legacy prepaid plan (Gold Member). When I added minutes to my account in Oct'24, the taxes & fees were 10%. Today, Nov 03 '24, or two weeks later, taxes & feesarealready ~20%. Literally, nothing changedwith my plan - so why taxes & fees went so drastically up for no reason?digiordiHace 21 díasNetwork Novice18Visto0likes0Comentarios
