Why are we being penailzed for paying with a credit card?
T-Mobile already took away the $5 discount that I had for auto-pay, and now will add a $10 penalty if Ido not give them a debit card or bank account!!! This is daylight robbery and I am very disappointed in these tactics. I have been with T-mobile since 2006, now I will probably have to change providers. The $10 increase is more than any credit card company charges fees for processing a transaction. Really T-Mobile???

I don't know how T-Mobile thinks this is ok. I Am more irritated by their response. Don't insult my intelligence. We kept our plan, the price should not change - it's just that simple. Yes, I rather pay substantially more to another carrier because it's BS of T-Mobile to do this, counting on people to just accept it and be "ok" with the "inflation" - playing on your lack of intelligence, this is GREED pure & simple, there are NO additional associated costs in giving you the service you have already been paying for. https://ibb.co/s3sjDgYThis "infinite growth" mindset of Capitalism is the fail of the pyramid scheme. It's delusional. I don't know who I want to fail more, Reddit, or T-Mobile. At least Verizon and AT&T don't "pretend" to care. Don't tell me you won't change my price as long as I keep my plan, and then you turn around and change my price and then communicate with me as if I Am talking out the side of my neck, out of thin air, like you don't see the same thing that I see YOU said.. and I agreed to! Heck, a landline, GMAIL, and old fashioned letters might be the move at this point, tired of being lied to and nickle and dimed. I hope the churn is HORRIBLE from this point on. You NEVER win when you are dirty.

This is BS that TMobile took away charging the account for third party apps. I constantly play Hogwarts on my cell phone and now I can't purchase items in the game and have it billed to tmobile to pay for it on my next bill. I'm on disability and by the time I pay all my bills and get things for my daughter like doctors appt and food and clothes my money is gone. So charging it to my bill with a cap of 50 or 100 dollars I think it was to be added to my bill let me play the game and pay it on my bill the next time my bill came out... and they just removed that feature with no explanation or warning... I had to do a deep dive on the website to find out and it wasn't even on the website I had to find out on a forum page... this is ridiculous and should be reinstated immediately!T-Mobile Mastercard Fiasco
Don't have a promotion if you are not going to honor it. I did everything right the first time I submitted for the Mastercard promotion, but the associates at T-Mobile did not know to give me the $30 line; they did a $20 line on the tablet (are they trained to do this? I doubt it, just no communication within the company), so I was denied, but I was given no notification of this denial because that is not a thing. When I checked in a month later, I got over-the-phone help to change my line to $30 so I would qualify. In spite of the erroneous message below, I submitted all of the same required documents (which is a really clumsy way to do it in this day and age), and now I am denied for being too late asking. You can probably guess all of the expletives I am thinking right now in regard to T-Mobile. The images I sent were fine the first time. The receipt is from Apple, so it cannot be an invalid store. This is T-Mobile's fault with their initial incompetence in establishing a line for the ipad air that did not qualify for the explicitly stated promotion; the rest is just general incompetence, with the sole exception of the nice woman on the phone who helped with the second attempt. She told me people much later than me (again caused by T-Mobile) had earned the promotion, but if it didn't work out, call her back so I can change my line back to $20.
