Paperless Billing, Mailed Receipt
After two years of trying to be able to log into my account online, I was finally able to get someone to fix it. I kept getting paper bills and paying by check (it was the principle of the thing - I'm not setting up auto pay without the ability to log in and see/change it). So once I could access my account, I signed up for paperless billing and auto pay so I could get the $5 discount. Now they physically MAIL me a receipt every month. A piece of paper that says Thanks for your payment. I can't find anywhere to stop this and I'm not calling to wait on the phone for an hour to save them the money. I'll just continue to toss them, but it seems so stupid.
