Can't Receive calls from one number

scam shield would block a call and or bypass it right to VM..you might opt to contact TMO either through calling in (tier 1 support) or through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter (tier 2 support) and see if there is some weird blocking going on.
main reason i was thinking scam shield or something like it is it reads who the number is for and if its a business it can at times think its a scam call coming in..
what type of phone? and is it possible that something like SCAMSHIELD is blocking them? phone purchased from TMO or brought in from elsewhere?
