Can't Receive calls from one number
I can't receive calls from one specific number (my job). The number IS NOT blocked. It works maybe once a day then it stop working. When someone calls me from the job phone, it will ring and go to vo...
scam shield would block a call and or bypass it right to VM..you might opt to contact TMO either through calling in (tier 1 support) or through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter (tier 2 support) and see if there is some weird blocking going on.
main reason i was thinking scam shield or something like it is it reads who the number is for and if its a business it can at times think its a scam call coming in..
