bloqueio de operadora
foi oferecido um telefone que veio dos Estados Unidos mas sempre que aumenta o chip aparece isso,fui fazer uma pesquisa e está bloqueado pela T-mobile(US T-Mobile (Sprint/MVNO) bloqueado)Será que é possível fazer o desbloqueio?
You need to be a T-Mobile USA customer and meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements to potentially be eligible for a SIM unlock from T-Mobile. You mention an MVNO. T-Mobile can only SIM unlock devices SIM locked to T-Mobile.

Are you currently a T-Mobile USA customer? Are you the original owner of the device and did you purchase the device directly from T-Mobile? Does your T-Mobile account and device meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements?

I am not a T-mobile customer. I bought it on American ebay and would like to use it here in Brazil
You do not meet the requirements for T-Mobile to SIM unlock your device. Perhaps try a third party unlocking service online or a cell phone repair shop or kiosk where you live.
