Re: Is international Oppo Reno 12 compatible with mobile carriers in USA?
You can still buy the SIM. If your device is not VoLTE or VoNR compatible. The network will not allow you to activate the SIM in that device. The US shut down 3G networks and 4G requires VoLTE. California has fairly solid coverage. T-Mobile does not block any device manufacture. This is not Australia making a push to sell more carrier phones and lock out cheaper Asian imports. Many Asian devices work fine on T-Mobile's network. It simply checks to see if the device is VoLTE compatible before SIM registration.5Visto1like1ComentarioRe: Change Plan to Go5G then upgrade?
Customer Care by Calling 611 or by reaching out to T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter can best answer that for you. There are different versions of the Magenta plans that might significantly impact your bill. As an example, mine has the third line free but that is the old Magenta plan. The newer Magenta does not have a third line free although the rest of the plan is fairly similar.12Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Phone keeps turning off and on ?
Have you tried a factory reset without restoring any backup? Does the device feel warm or hot to the touch? I haven't seen anything on the Samsung Members boards that would make me think there is an issue affecting a lot of people. If a factory reset without restoring anything doesn't resolve it. You might want to send it in to Samsung for service. If you are confident in flashing your device. Doing a complete full flash with ODIN is one more step to eliminate it being a hardware issue but only consider that if you understand and are confident in doing so. Flashing can brick your device and leave it in a non-bootable state if not done right.7Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Change trade-in device on promo
No! You have to send in the device you specified. If you want to use a different device. The whole order and promo would have to benchmarked and a new order would need to be created. Not sending in the correct device for trade-in that you specified invalidates the promo.16Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: I can't pay my bill using an international credit card
You being outside of the US might be why the card isn't being accepted. T-Mobile prepaid is meant to be used by those who live in the US. However, you might want to try *233 from your device to see if you can use the card over the automated phone system. Otherwise, you can purchase a refill card from amazon.com or another US online retailer to refill your account.8Visto0likes1Comentario
