Locked due to factory reset
My Samsung Galaxy A13 was reset and exfriend entered his google account information, when phone was returned I was instructed to due another factory reset, now when I try to set my Samsung up with my original information used when I received the phone, it does not recognize my information and according to Samsung and T-Mobile I need my exfriends google account information to unlock and allow me to get to settings and reset to reflect my information. Has anyone ever spoken to anyone at Google for their help in bypassing the pin and resetting their android. I need Googles phone number.
Not happening my guy. Google will not give you an unlock unless you can prove you are the owner of the account.

Try posting this on the Google forums.
you may need to do a hard reset on your device. do a search online on how to do this. no promises but this might be the fix you need.
