My iPhone 13 pro has been repaid, how exactly does T-Mobile unlock !!!!

for Iphones once its paid off you contact TMO and they put in a unlock request to Apple..this has already been done? and is this a prepaid account or post paid? different things needed in order to be ready to unlock. making sure that isnt the issue.

I paid off my phone 6 days ago and still not unlocked. Every rep says I will expedite and it will only be ANOTHER 24-48 hours. I need my phone unlocked so I can use with another carrier! I've been with Sprint/T-mobile over 20 years but could no longer afford their exorbitant bills and found another carrier.
