Why is it so hard to get my phone network unlocked??
I have been asking to have a network unlock on my phone that I bought from Samsung for over 2 weeks!!! All I get from the reps and managers is they put in a request and escalated it and wait 24 to 48...

if you have your receipt contact T-Mobile Help on Facebook or Twitter. They will contact Samsung to makes sure the device isn't stolen and Samsung didn't give them the IMEI to allow T-Mobile to unlock it. No basic customer rep will be able to contact the proper channels to get the IMEI into the database.
