Enter network unlock

hi, im in another country and put a sim from another carrier, i got this message:

Enter network unlock code. Your phone isnt allowed to use this sim.

I call T mobile they said they dont have any NCK code. or any code and said my phone is unlocked.

I have a prepaid card with t mobile. My phone is a Samsung S22.

in settings i dont have this choice, named in support: 

• Samsung: Configuración > Conexiones > More Connection Settings > Desbloqueo de red

i dont find either in my t mobile id:

1. Elige Verificar estado de desbloqueo del dispositivo to see if your device is locked or unlocked.

i check with my imei in T mobile and said this;

Samsung Galaxy S22

• No podemos confirmar que este dispositivo esté desbloqueado. Comunícate con el proveedor de servicio móvil original para obtener información sobre el estado del dispositivo.

What can i do?
