Data Coverage in Belgium and France
hello-
I am in Belgium and don’t have data access (to get an uber etc.). I always have to be on WIFI which is challenging for Google maps and Uber. Any reason why?
Also I'll be going to France tmw. Any chance I'll have some data access there?
You do need to turn on the Data Roaming setting on your phone so your phone knows that it is allowed to connect to the international networks. You can find your device tutorial on our Tutorials T-Mobile Support .

did you turn on international roaming? contact TMO prior to make sure nothing needed to be turned on once there?
