why I cannot call t mobile from Europe ans use data
I have tried calling 611 or +15059983793 from Europe (Italy) without any success. I urgently need to know how I can use t mobile plans abroad. How can I contact the customer service from Europe, it is a real nightmare as the call hangs up without being processed every time I try.
I also cannot receive texts from US nor send texts. When I try sending texts using the service I get the warning ' Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active', why is this happening?
I have an international plan at 75 $/month where I can call Europe numbers from the US but I wonder if it can be used in Europe regardless.

Is international roaming turned on?
Hey there @Lyzz Just checking in. Were you able to get things working while in Italy? Turning roaming on is a great first step. You may also want to make sure that there aren't blocking features on your account that prevent international use. I now you have the $75 plan add-on, but there's a small chance that there is another feature on the account that'd prevent international connection.
