connection issue

Nowadays, there are so many passwords to so many different things and it makes it hard to keep it all straight. This site is a standalone thing so the password here is not going to connect you to anything else. 

"New laptop sees the T Mobile network" - Can you clarify what exactly you are trying to connect to? I assume you are talking about your T-Mobile Home Internet network. The password for that is going to be on the sticker that is on your gateway. You can also change that password by setting up your gateway using the T-Mobile Internet app.
