Mifi M2000 stuck on T-Mobile logo
My Mifi M2000 is stuck on the T-Mobile logo. I've held the reset button down for 6+ seconds, I've taken the battery out, I've taken the SIM card out...you name it, I've tried it. Any suggestions?

It's 2024 and I'm having the same issue with the Hotspot BCE2000. It's stuck on the T-Mobile logo on the screen. You would think that with so many people having this issue that they would fix the problem by now. I pay $50 a month for this gadget on top of the other two lines I pay $200 a month. It's such a hassle to go into their store for anything! If you're lucky you might get a competent salesperson. But that's a roll of the dice. I would really like to switch to another service, but who? Verizon? US Cellular? Sprint? Smart Talk? They got us over a barrel. We'll continue to get price gouged. We'll succumb to their service because who can live without a phone and internet?

I received a 5G MiFi M2000 router as a gift from my father-in-law in Germany and I would like to use it in Switzerland, but unfortunately it does not accept the Swisscom SIM. I needed the network activation code for it. (carrier onlocke code)
The currency IMEI is: 9900 1657 1282 571.Unfortunately I live in Switzerland so I have the possibility to visit a store in the USA

Im pissed. 300 bucks? I'm on replacement 4 and it works only sometimes.

Just called and talked them into replacing mine….hoping it’s a new one and not a refurbished one🙂.

@LINoleFan ...did you get your replacement? I just turned mine on after a few months of it being off and I've got same issue as everyone else in this thread. Curious if the new one actually has an updated processor and if it's working as expected.

I had this issue this afternoon, after attempting to update the software. I called customer care. They are replacing my device with one with a "newer processor", and they're shipping it to a local store for me to pick up.

I'm int the same boat. Original one lasted 4 months. About 2 months a go I received replacement which have the same issue starting today. Now waiting for another replacement..

Same issue here. After store location stated nothing could be done I finally got hold of 2nd level tech who had a replacement shipped. Only complaint is that the replacements are refurbished units.

Same problem here. Bought device about 4 months ago. T-Mobile logo screen & frozen.
