T-Mobile 5G Hotspot keeps resetting hotspot settings

I have a T-Mobile 5G Hotspot in my car and at least weekly the hotspot settings (SSID settings) are changed (reverted to what seems like factory defaults).   I have a SSID configured for both the 2.4 and 5Ghz radios, with custom names.  However, during this 'revert' the 2.4Ghz radio is disabled and the 5Ghz SSSID reverts to factory default name and password.  The admin password doesn't change and is still the one it's set to, so it doesn't seem like the entire unit is reverting it's configuration, only the SSID settings.
