Have I made a new record?

It had taken just 5 weeks for me to regret joining T-Mobile--is that a new record?

I was told there would be no increases in fees if I switched from Verizon Wireless and started with T-Mobile, and yet after just 5 week they have insisted that I change from paperless credit card to direct bank withdrawal or debit card, or pay $10 a month more.

This is just as disappointing and dishonest as was the experience with Verizon that made me leave them in the first place. So, at my  convenience I will leave T-Mobile and join one of the much less expensive services that are now being advertised.
