PTR Record
Signed up for T-Mobile business internet because the sales person said PTR records are supported now as of June 2024. Called them to enable record and now they know nothing about it. How can they offer business internet without option for a PTR record? You would think a business would need email servers and can not be setup without PTR.
Same boat. Found one great tech guy but he did not have the privileges to add PTR, the person he escalated to had no clue….
