Once the T-Mobile Direct To Cell has data available, what Netgear 5G hotspot should I buy? Hello Jim, Hope all is well you and thanks for reaching out to us regarding the Direct to cell and we are excited about this new technology that is evolving here at T-Mobile. Jim, we do understand that you would like to know a bit more about the Direct to Cell, and as of now T-Mobile and Starlink asked for and received a Special Temporary Authority (STA) from the FCC to operate our T-Mobile Starlink Direct-to-Cellular service over Hurricane Milton's projected path. Wireless emergency alerts and SMS, including the ability to text 911, are now enabled in Florida as well as the areas previously impacted by Hurricane Helene. We'll have more to share about how we bring these exciting new services to the market in the future. However, to answer your question once Direct to Cell is fully launched, if the things below apply you will have access to Direct to Cell. If your wireless provider uses the T-Mobile network and you have one of the following devices, T-Mobile Starlink is available for SMS messaging: Mobile Provider All SIM cards and eSIM's issued by T-Mobile will have access to this service. I have two tablet lines currently on a T-Mobile for Business account. With the T-Mobile Direct-To-Cell service, would I be able to text through satellites, if I am "off the grid"? https://www.t-mobile.com/business/industry-solutions/connected-vehicle-network/direct-to-cell-communications-in-remote-areas273Visto0likes8ComentariosT-Mobile Home Internet On Nokia 5G21 Gateway (1.2201.00.0324)
The past few days my T-Mobile Home Internet on my Nokia 5G21 has taken a dramatic drop in speed. Generally, the Download Speeds are 200-300 Mbps and the Upload Speeds 20-45 Mbps. Today, I noticed I was getting slowspeeds, so I did a reboot. A bit later I did a Factory Reset. A few minutes my Download was 26.72 and Upload was 0.05. I called Customer Support yesterday. I explained to the Customer Service Representative that I did a Factory Reset and the Upload Speed was still very slow. He was all set to send me a replacement device, but then I mentioned that my neighbor across the road has the very same issue. Then he checks something else and tells me that two other neighbor towers were having issue and the traffic was being routed to the tower closest to me, thus the speed drop. How long does it typically take for problems like this to be resolved?254Visto0likes1ComentarioT-Mobile Data Line International Add On
I currently have a T-Mobile Postpaid 2GB/month mobile data plan for $10/month. I will be traveling to the Caribbean on a cruise in February 2023. Is that plan definitely eligible for international Add On (high speed)? I have looked at the T-Mobile website and I can't tell if the data line is eligible. Also, it looks like I will be fine with T-Mobile data in the Dominican Republic. However, will it be good on BOTH the French and Dutch side of Sint Maarten/Saint Martin? Also, I am trying to determine if I want to use it as the second SIM in my Google Pixel 6 or in my Netgear AC797. Edit Post Reply Reply With Quote342Visto0likes1Comentario
