T-Mobile Business migration from Sprint Business

Wow, I cannot believe how poor the support is for Business customers. It seems that no one can speak or follow English conversations. Also, features and business perks and features have been lost in the transfer.  There also seems to be a total lack of accountability.

I guess T-Mobile doesn’t want business customers.
