buffering

I see everyone seems to be having the same problem. However, my buffering issue happens during live TV. More specifically certain local news channels but not all. It mostly happens at around 10 pm when we switch to Fox 43, or CBS News at 10  rarely WGAL NBC. Others shows are fine. We stream thru YouTube TV and shows we watch like Food Network, Discovery, etc right before we switch to the news is fine. No buffering problems. 10 pm rolls around sand it starts buffering. I might add we live in a rural area 1/4 mile from a tower. So is it T-Mobile Internet or the streaming service. Speed tests are normally very good, when it's buffering however I've had some that were slow. Any thoughts?
