Just moved to basement apartment. Booster?

I've had fine signal strength with my home internet, but I just moved to a basement apartment and now the best I get is only 3 bars, or "good". I've tried various locations and elevations.

Is there a cell phone booster I can use that will help my T-Mobile 5G Home Internet get back up to 5 bars so I can stream again?
