New gateway will not turn on when plugged in
Hi Poppy. It's not good that your gateway wont power on. ¡Estamos contigo! I have a few suggestions which you may have completed already. If these don't work, you are going to want to reach out to our Team of Experts or T-Force team to talk about replacement options. Since you are not able to set it up at all, you can start with pressing the reset button on the device itself. Hold it down for about 15 seconds and then release and the device should reboot. I would also try to plug it into a couple different outlets to see if it gets juice anywhere. You also want to make sure that the cord is plugged into the device itself completely.
