Peacock not working on T-Mobile Home Internet

we just upgraded 3 phones on a biz cellular TMobile, and it came with a free McAfee on the phones, an IPAD and a desktop. does anyone have the working link to download from? TM gave me links that don't work. The desktop link is telling me unavailable, to connect to the internet, when I am connected.
