T-Mobile Internet | Blink & SimplySafe Issue
- Hace 9 meses
@MichaelGeorge I use Blink cameras around my home with TM Home Internet, and all works well. I have an Eero Pro6 wifi router, so the Blink module connects. That said, others have had issues. The following thread has a few suggestions you can try.
Let us know how it turns out.

@Aari335 THANK YOU!!!! It absolutely works after what you said to do!! You get ALL the credit because I saw your potential solution and it worked. I was about to send this thing back!! All Praises to God First and Foremost - you are a blessing to me and my pockets 😂 see below for @Aari335 comments! Key notes are unplug the Blink Sync 2 module while "keeping the reset button pressed in with a pin at the same time and while plugging it back in after waiting 10-15 seconds. Don't forget to keep the pin pressed in that reset button until you see the red light then let go and you will see a steady blue light for a few seconds… wait for the blue flashing lights to come on then hook up to the new network you added to your T Mobile box using the T-Mobile App, don't forget to select 2.4Hz and the WPA/WPA2 option. Thank you to all those that helped. See Aari's comment below

After reading your comments and following the recommended methods to get connected, I was unsuccessful. I created a separate network on the gateway that used 2.4 Ghz but was not able to connect. I then called blink customer service and explained the situation and was informed that my sync module FIRMWARE was out dated. In order to update it, you must unplug the sync module then insert a pen to hold the reset button down for 10-15 seconds but do not release it. Then you must plug the power source back in to the sync module while still holding the reset button until it blinks red. Once you release the button, wait for the blue light to start blinking. Now you will be able to connect your module to the network configured for the 2.4Ghz. This worked for me 100%.
Good Luck!”
