Any idea why McAfee T-Mobile app suddenly asks for phone number for “verification  to create a new account” when I already have an account?  
 

Searched for an answer but got nothing. I updated the app but it still asked for my phone number so I went ahead and typed it in thinking it would recognize my number and redirect it to my existing account but it appears to have created a brand new account. None of the identity info I had before shows up. So worrisome considering the data breach several years ago. Any idea why this has happened?
