t-life app
So I installed this app (T-life) to replace the T-Mobile app, and now the T-life app has installed an app called "your briefing", a news app of some sort, but it keeps popping back up and I can't find a way to disable it. Very annoying. Bloatware on T-Mobile is awful. Anyone else seen this. A Google search said it comes from the new t-life app. I would like to find out how to disable it. ¿Tienes alguna idea?ttocsHace 7 díasConnection Cadet154Visto0likes0ComentariosT-Life and the uncompletelyending login loop
I am trying to logcompletelyinto the app - I say completely because it knows who I am (Hello screen). I log in using my password and toggle the stay logged in so I don't have to log in every time. THe chat requires me to log in (again) and takes me to a Welcome, Christopher! login asking for my password. I enter the password and it takes me to a Wlecome (###)###-#### asking for password , so I enter it. Then back to the Christopher screen (enter password), then back to the ### screen (repeat) and so on. I never arrive at the chat option. Literally can do this 20 times. Any suggestions?CeeHarmHace 8 díasNewbie Caller74Visto1like2ComentariosViewing bill
Anyone know why I get this when I try to view my bill? My December bill was emailed over a week ago with a View Now link and it's still not working. Prepaid and postpaid accounts
Hi, my name is Maria and I have been customer of T-Mobile for many years. I have a prepaid account with them, recently I decided to give them a chance by getting home internet. Now because I already have a prepaid account with them I can't get another account to manage my home internet account unless I change my email on my prepaid account which I did four days ago but I still can't get a T-Mobile account ID to manage my home internet account. I have been on the phone with customer support multiple times without any success. pleaseMprocioHace 14 díasNetwork Novice91Visto0likes1ComentarioUsage Report - Duplicate incoming messages and inconsistent reporting
Hey all, Curious if anyone's had this experience, but noting some unusual activity on my usage report, and curious for everyone's thoughts or if they'd experienced similar. Roughly 26% of my incoming texts have been 2300 codes, which I've seen are noted to be blocked numbers. Odd thing is these are often group chats, and I haven't blocked these numbers. Tried to work through this with Techs at Tmobile, across a few calls, and that seemed to resolve an issue with voicemails - while also telling me to run several codes, the purpose of each I wasn't super clear, but appeared to be related to text and voicemail forwarding Also seeing several code 128s, around 60 over the last several months - which I'd seen referenced as Binge On/Off for video, or incoming texts from an iWatch or iPhone, which is really weird as I don't have or use either. I'm also seeing a lot of variation across what's being reported in messages - RCS being counted, and then not on other lines, and also seeing duplicate messages across the same entries. Same occurred with some calls too - with sporadic reporting, a few of them being recent verified incoming calls from Tmobile customer care team while I was trying to look into these issues. Largely, curious if anyone has had similar experiences, and on shared plans or family lines, or had explanations for variations in reporting like this across lines. Thanks for any info you can provide, and eager to hear the communities thoughts! CheersThissideup124Hace 23 díasNewbie Caller47Visto0likes0ComentariosChanges with T-life
Since the change to T-Life as an app, Scam Shield no longer has a number badge in either the Sam Shield App, nor the T-Life app. Are others finding this? I find no new setting and even a hard restart of my iPhone does not help. All notiffications on for both apps and the Scam Shield app worked until this update. And, personally, I find the Scam Shield section of the T-Life app too hard to find. I think important enough it should have been its own tab. Have reported these in to T-Mobile.rebop24Hace 31 díasTransmission Trainee100Visto0likes0Comentarios- KeishlaHace 2 mesesNetwork Novice102Visto0likes1Comentario
