Compliment a couple of employees
Over the weekend my cellphone and keys decided to go dive w the fishes. I tried to get to a store to sort things out but there was false advertisement of their hours. Then i chat w a couple of reps, one was IraJoseph, who basically got hung up on the fact that what he/she was seeing was different from mine, i had to go and get a screenshot showing the hours advertized to not be antagonized. All i got from there was, we need to verify your account, to do that we need to send you a message to your phone. 😑 Not helpful. Now onto good things. KyleLynam, my gosh! what a kind and attentive person. I explained what was happening, i needed a phone line desperately as my son was going for surgery in less that 10hrs. We brainstormed solutions, he/she checked up on me while i tried going to a walmart to try to get a prepaid sim card/phone. Then we figured that the phone i had available (old device bought from tmo) had an esim card. I could finally breathe. This kind human deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond trying to solve my problem. The next rep is Dianne. I went thru assurant placed the claim for a replacement, paid about $250 for it. I bought my specific phone for specific reasons. Well assurant sent me a device more expensive. I contacted them because I didnt want to be liable for the difference in pricing - bear w me here, i had issues w my phone in the past and i didnt want to repeat them- they regugitated policy and would not answer my question, i was sent to tmo. This is where Diane comes in, to out it simply, she let me go w a smile on my face and w the answers i needed. She made sure my questions were answered, provided excellent guidance, all while maintaining a kind and respectful attitude. We then neededto make sure my replacement phone was up and running but i only had one line available to me. Things were figured out, and next thing you know, my old phone went back to my son and i have the replacement working as it should. I truly believe that Kyle and Diane are assets to your team and both deserve to be recognized.
