I have called T-Mobile help line as I was told I could call and get the 2 step verification turned off. I am unable to login and update myself because I do not have a Tmobile phone number. I bought the home internet for work and can not use my actual phone number (with AT&T) to receive a code because It is not a Tmobile number. They guy I spoke to from T-Mobile said I HAD TO have a line with T-Mobile in order to access my account on the app or online. Someone please help. This is ridiculous. I just need access to my account. I am able to verify through email but then it takes me to the phone verification and I can't go further.181Visto0likes2Comentarios
