GOOD TO KNOW: People who pay forT-Mobile 5G Home Internet will NOT have access to the advertised T-Mobile DIGITS app feature as a of the 5G Home Internet service. What I expected from T-Mobile 5G -A customer greeting, onboarding welcome, some sort of "This is how you use it". service agents prepared to acknowledge and handle the various questions likely to be presented by the new 5G Home Internet customers as the service is in heavily promoted in rural areas currently. Logistics. We don't need to stinkin logistics! Naw. None of that. In fact, when the device came and I sought assistance, the person on the chat…man, I had the answers already pulled up and evaluated as the "wrong answer" for my circumstance, by the time she found the correct chat-response-template. Ridiculous. Anyone can read. Well. I guess not. But. LOL. seriously. that's not support. It's not an AI. I mean, allegedly had transferred me to a human. Who knows.
