Magenta Pass perks?
I've gotten to go to the Magenta Lounge at the TMobile Center in KC. Wondering if anyone knows what other venues offer something similar? I'm attending a show at Mission Ballroom in Denver this weekend, which offered tickets through this app, but nowhere mentions a lounge. It's worth it to go 3 hours early if there is one!
5G Home - DIGITS Not Included
GOOD TO KNOW: People who pay forT-Mobile 5G Home Internet will NOT have access to the advertised T-Mobile DIGITS app feature as a of the 5G Home Internet service. What I expected from T-Mobile 5G -A customer greeting, onboarding welcome, some sort of "This is how you use it". service agents prepared to acknowledge and handle the various questions likely to be presented by the new 5G Home Internet customers as the service is in heavily promoted in rural areas currently. Logistics. We don't need to stinkin logistics! Naw. None of that. In fact, when the device came and I sought assistance, the person on the chat…man, I had the answers already pulled up and evaluated as the "wrong answer" for my circumstance, by the time she found the correct chat-response-template. Ridiculous. Anyone can read. Well. I guess not. But. LOL. seriously. that's not support. It's not an AI. I mean, allegedly had transferred me to a human. Who knows.

You guys in Kansas I believe have a young lady her name is PLEASE FORGIVE THE SPELLING , SHIE and I believe it is pronounced like the word she anyway., I called and had THEfunniest, creative, uplifting, hilarious but professional conversation I felt like at the end of my conversation I had a true friend she should be moving up in the ranks very soon if not then she's being overlooked because that's the kind of person you want handling the future of your company.
