Ooma
According to the agreement I have with T-Mobile, my internet coverage would be $50 per month and the phone would covered under a plan TM has with Ooma for $9.99 per month additional. On 5/1/22, Ooma billed me $17.68. I ccntacted TM and was credited for the overcharge. My new credit card billing arrived and still indicates a charge from Ooma on 5/31/22 of $17.69. TM needs to be responsible for clarifying its agreement with Ooma concerning monthly charges so that a customer doesn't have to dispute the charge EVERY month. Gracias
