Hi everyone, I find personal/business money management software that directly links to my tax software essential, so I use intuit products, for better or worse. I need my T-mo Money account to be able to sync with Intuit products, and see a bunch of threads about how it used to sync, but then was blocked by T-Mo. Mostof us won't use a bunch of different money management software accounts tied to individual accounts, so a lot of us use Intuit products that aggregate our accounts and connect directly to our tax prep applications. Please let us connect our accounts again! It makes having a T-mobile account without this connection inconvenient, enough so that I consider using a different product. I really like T-mo, but that won't keep me using it if it doesn't play nice with the most commonly used financial managementand tax software. I know a lot of online banks want to compete and offer financial management through their sites. My bank tries to do that, too, but I ignore it. There's no way I will use an individual bank account's financial mgmt software over one that directly links all my accounts allowing me to manage everything together and send all that datato my tax prep app. I prefer one app to rule them all, frankly. Don't have time to muck about with individual bank software. Anyone else find this lack of connectivity inconvenient or annoying? If so, please post about it! It might help T-mo change their mind. Older posts about this have comments closed or are marked solved when the problem still exists. In the meantime, I'm going to contact Customers Bank and see if they have a workaround since T-Mo Money runs on their system. I hope others do the same. If T-mo won't help us, maybe Customer's Bank can?1.2KViews6likes7ComentariosT-MOBILE: What is your issue with linking T-Mobile MONEY with Mint?
Really? Mint is trying to work with you to get linking with them accomplished. Are you unable to do so because your security and infrastructure is unable to support on your end? If so, how can you expect consumers to trust you with their money and leverage your banking product? I will NOT use your banking product until such time that you have successfully implemented securely interfacing with Mint. Please make this a priority on your "Future Enhancements" list(s).2KViews21likes17ComentariosLinking T-Mobile account with Mint
I want T-Mobile Money bank account to be linked with Mint financial application. Unfortunately, T-Mobile Money account no longer shows up in Mint! I checked with Mint customer care, their response is as below. Seems, T-Mobile needs to respond but unfortunately, there is no response or no interest from T-Mobile technical team to allow this integration. ************************** Response from Mint customer care team - "I have located T-Mobile Money web address in our system, it should show for you to add the account but it was removed in 2018 because of connectivity issue.Unfortunately since 2018, all T-Mobile affiliated websites have been blocking our script from accessing our customers information so it is no longer supported. This just means, most commonly that Tmobile isn't working with us in order to resolve. But since the case is still open that means we are still trying for our customers. We are working on the matter, but cannot move forward without Tmobiles help. That is what's holding my engineers back unfortunately. Other than calling them and notifying them of the issue, there is nothing else that I can think you can do to get the ball rolling with Tmobile. ************************** For those who want T-Mobile - Mint integration, I request you all to send email, message or call T-Mobile customer care to request them to allow this. Otherwise, they have been sitting on this issue since 2018. All major banks like BoA, Chase, American Express all such integration with highest possible security and responsibility. There is no reason why T-Mobile shouldn't join the league of great financial insitutions.Solved6.3KViews32likes11Comentarios
