My wife and I both have the Revvl 5G phones. One is a few months old, and the other is 2 years. We have consistent problems with the phones randomly overheating. Also, recently the batteries in both of our phonesaren't keeping a charge. Wonder if others have run into these issues, and what solutions they have found?422Visto0likes2ComentariosRevvl 6 pro
My phone app keeps stopping. When I'm in voicemail or trying to look at my recent call logs it keeps kicking me out in 10 seconds with a message saying it unexpectedly stopped, and none of my missed calls or any calls for that matter will show up in the log. Also I'm not getting notifications when I receive a voicemail. When I go into settings for it, it keeps kicking me back out before I even have a chance to find what I'm looking for being it too is under the phone app. The phone app is what the phone came with, I didn't put a new one on30Visto0likes0ComentariosRevvl 6x Pro. I can no longer download anything from the Play store or make in game purchases.
I have not even had my Revvl 6x Pro for 6 months yet. I can't download games from the Play store or make in game purchases anymore. It says I don't have an Internet connection but I do because I can do everything else like Facebook or watch shows. Anyone know how to fix it or have a similar situation?17Visto0likes0Comentarios- 102Visto0likes3Comentarios
Tmobile Revvl 6 Pro 5G loses cellular connection after November OS update
I purchased the Revvl 6 Pro 5G a few months ago, and everything for the most part has been working great until the last few weeks after taking the recent November 2022 security update. Ever since that update my phone will randomly drop all cellular service (it shows signal, but no data, no speed, just full bars. No 5G, 5GUW, 4GLTE, etc) This also means I lose all data and voice service during this time. I cannot place calls, cannot send or get SMS or MMS messages. when I reboot my phone, I'll get service back for 10 minutes or so and then it drops again, After a few reboots it'll come back for a few days, but then randomly, service is gone again. I've tried a factory reset of my device and setting it back up from my Google account backups, but that still doesn't seem to help. I have a brand new SIM card that was installed the same day I purchased the device, so I doubt my SIM is failing. Is there any menus I can access that have diagnostic features? has anyone else encountered this? I know with recent android you can't roll back an update anymore once you have a faulty one.1.2KViews1like4Comentarios
