Urgent issue

It's been 5 calls I made and spent 45 minutes to place a request to add my spouse name to bill who uses one of the lines. Her license approval for her small business is pending due to this!!!! I'm sunce 20 years with t-mobile and it's still not added and her deadline is tomorrow. Customer service said it will be there by in24 hours 3 days ago and again by today Morning.
