Is there a specific link to compliment the customer service representatives?
Dennis has a great attitude! He was very kind, patient, and helpful! He went above and beyond to make sure my questions and concerns were answered and addressed and taken care of! On top of that, he was quick with his service! I don't know if any of the representatives can pick their own waiting music, but if they do, he had such a good song on for the wait! "Hello, it's Me" by Todd Rundgren! Instantly made me think of my grandma (she loves that song) and it made waiting enjoyable 😊 Thanks again Dennis you're cool and you deserve recognition!!!

I would like to compliment Angelique, who helped me upgradephones today. She was attentive to detail, kind, thoughtful, and went out of her way for each and every customer she came in contact with. Everyone knows how long it takes to switch phones but the time went quickly and she was pleasant throughout.Whatever you are paying her, please feel free to double it.
